Youth IGF Germany Webinar: Digitisation and Sustainability
How shutdowns, quarantine and home office impact the environment and what we can do about it
Beschreibung
The Internet holds immense potential to foster environmental sustainability - digital solutions might help mitigate adverse climate effects, reduce waste, and base policy making on scientific large-scale findings. At the same time, digitisation itself puts a strain on the environment. Is the rush to decentralized digitality in times of COVID-19 an opportunity to rethink how we can act more sustainably as much of our lives moves online? Deliberate with us on June 9!
